I had great hopes for this book, however I was sorely disappointed. It is a short book that seems to have been copied and pasted from the web. There is no new or insightful information about the nature of the illness or the ways to combat it. In fact, science (or techniques that are specific to withdrawal from these prescribed drugs) is not used at all. It is disgusting that people can write and try and benefit from this sort of material without actually bothering to research the illness properly. Do NOT bother with this author again. He has little respect for himself or others.
