It has great “take off” power now, climbs hills much better than my lead acid Trojans that were at the end of their life span of 7 years. No more watering my batteries! This one left home on a full charge, drove at least 10 miles on a hot day in full sun and got me back home with 88% battery life left! That was 4 times farther than I normally go & I played the radio & used brake lights & turn signals. I even tried the steepest two hills I know of here in town. It did great & did not loose much power from the bottom of the hill to the top! When the battery first arrived I wanted to fully charge it before it was to be installed. The charger fan sounded loud & got hot. I wrote to the seller, kept checking emails for an answer to my question, but instead a NEW CHARGER was directly mailed to me. When I had trouble filling out the info online for the warranty, a person called me back & helped me register it over the phone. They send a copy of your warranty in a text so you can print it out & keep it filed at home too. I loved that everything was included with the battery. There was just one thing still needed for the plug to mount when doing a lithium conversion on a lead acid battery golf cart…… it’s a mounting plate made of plastic to convert the rectangular hole in the body to a round port. We did that part ourselves but adding that port cover to this battery kit would be a big plus but certainly not a deal breaker! The monitor gives me peace while driving but you also get to install an app for your phone to monitor the battery by phone within close range of the battery. I am pleased so far with the battery & the customer service. (We used treated 2x4’s 6 pieces in all to fill up the battery tray on this 2015 TXT, then 3/4” treated plywood on top that was screwed down to those 2x4’s. The old rusted frame was pressure washed, dried & painted before the lumber went in. It is all strong and secure for this precious purchase to sit on. I wanted foam under the battery & on top to prevent excessive rubbing on the plastic battery. It’s all good! 😊 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buy from XRH with confidence in both their product performance and customer service. *by C***. on June 24, 2025* About a year after buying this battery it would not recharge. I emailed XRH customer service and they responded within hours. They walked me through obtaining the charging results information from the app and said the BMS board was bad. They provided me with a brand-new replacement battery and charger which arrived in about a week. I was well pleased with the performance I got from the original battery prior to the BMS failure. In this day of poor customer service at the majority of businesses, it's refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about customer service and satisfaction.
