We live in a semi rural area and for the first time in the 8 years that we‘ve lived here, our entire neighbourhood was under siege by rats. We were hopeful when we bought the bait box and bait but weren’t expecting miracles in the scheme of things.As directed we placed the bait in the box... super easy... locked it with the key and placed it behind a super heavy planter where our 2 dogs couldn’t get near to it.A week later we took a look and were disappointed to see the bait blocks were untouched... BUT... I did some research on rats and discovered that they are creatures of habit and familiarity, who don’t like change. So we decided to leave the box in situe and leave well alone for the rats to become used to it. We’d noticed in the meantime that we were seeing a decline in the number of critters in our garden. When we rechecked the bait box it was totally empty! We put the remainder of the bait in the box... again left well alone for 3 weeks... rechecked and again the box was empty!We are thankful to have a happy ending to our problem... as we have now been rat free for a month... woohoo!!! There are no signs around the garden such as rat poop or indentations in my planters as there was before so I’m definite that we are all clear. I am so thankful for this product and can’t recommend it enough! Needless to say I have now purchased more bait... just in case they return.

Excellent design durable and easy key system to assemble and mouse feeder- it’s not a mouse catcher but controls pests.excellent

I like the idea behind these traps as they use bait instead of meatal spikes, the idea being that vermin go inside eat the big cheese go away and die, the trouble is that because their is less poison than normal bait boxes the cheese as they call it is not brilliant and you have to keep filling up which costs more cash, rats seem to be imune to it and return again and again, not very good when trying to get rid of them.

Rats are so cute I know and I really didn't want to go down the poison avenue but I have 2 much loved dogs and rats spread diseases. I hadn't been in the potting shed for a few weeks and omg when I opened it it was full of rat poop and urine. It is now disinfected and clean. I saw 5 rats (YES 5) in broad daylight in my back garden playing so they had to go. The box is easy to open but locks so your pets can't get at it, there is a skewer that you slot the rat poison onto. Within a few days the poison had been eaten, It has taken the skewer loaded twice with poison but I haven't seen a rat now for a few weeks.

Great item fast delivery would buy again

We have a pest problem, with a neighbour feeding the Gulls, and other birds. Unfortunately this also attract the furry pests. This fits the bill to allow safe positioning of bait, and it appears to wrk, as block are being nibbled and since using this we have not seen another pest….yet. Good value, great for safety with little ones around, preventing little finger getting into the bait. So all good so far.

Got it all the way from the UK, but was very competitively priced comparing to the local store - amazing 🤩 . Very happy with the built of the bait station. Already seeing it is working perfectly

Did not include bait blocks and there is no mention of them not being included. Unless the print is so small I couldn’t see it. Bait blocks are pictured as part of the kit.
