Good piece of equipment for your garage gym that doesn’t take up much space however the material seems a bit cheap but you get what you pay for that’s not to say it’s not sturdy bc it’s serving it purpose just don’t expect too much. At the end of the day it works. I feel it to be stable, with a good size, I’m a tall guy so I’m comfortable underneath it on my bench. Tldr I’d buy it again esp at the price initially bought it.

Sincerely this product disappointed me is just not sit well, I try to return and is not returnable. I almost hurt myself with it and they asking me for pictures where the back is the one which seems to be sitting properly but falls back lost my money and the bench trusting

Review intended for the rack. Assembly is ok. Came with all the hardware and tools needed. Once put together it was obvious that it wasn’t going to be sturdy. It’s said to be rated for 550lbs. I wouldn’t trust it. The safety catch arms aren’t secured. Rack is easily adjustable for both height and width. Probably just be used for bench presses

Ich habe nach einer vielseitigen, aber platzsparenden Hantelbank für mein kleines Home-Studio gesucht – und wurde mit der FitinOne mehr als glücklich! Der Aufbau war wirklich simpel: In knapp 10 Minuten stand sie einsatzbereit da, ohne dass ich groß schrauben oder wuchten musste. Die Tatsache, dass sie bereits weitgehend vormontiert geliefert wird, ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Die Bank bietet alle Einstellungen, die ich brauche: flach, schräg, negativ und sogar eine Decline-Position für Bauchübungen. Die Verstellung der Rücken- und Sitzfläche geht schnell und sicher, die Metallarme rasten zuverlässig ein. Besonders überrascht hat mich die Stabilität: Trotz des leichten Gewichts (ca. 9 kg) wackelt nichts, selbst bei intensiven Bankdrücken mit Kurzhanteln. Die angegebene Belastbarkeit von 300 kg wirkt vertrauenserweckend – ich traue mich, auch mit mehr Gewicht zu arbeiten. Das klappbare Design ist der zweite große Vorteil: Nach dem Training klappe ich sie einfach zusammen und stelle sie platzsparend in die Ecke. Sie ist leicht genug, um sie auch mal in den Garten zu tragen. Die Polsterung ist angenehm fest, die Oberfläche abwischbar und pflegeleicht. Fazit: Wer eine funktionale, stabile und dabei extrem platzsparende Hantelbank sucht, wird hier fündig. Die FitinOne überzeugt durch cleveres Design, einfache Handhabung und ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Really quality bench for the money. Really easy to set up, practically built for you. Packs away to a reasonable size to store in a corner or Cupboard. Used it for chest and shoulder so far. Flat, incline, full and its not budged at all. Solid and comfortable. The resistance bands that come with it seem abit pointless to me. Not much movement in them really but I wasn't particularly bothered for them. I wondered about the quality for the cost but im glad I took a punt. If you're wanting a multifunctional bench on a budget, don't look any further 👍

Amazing bench press does the job, extremely easy to assemble as it is already pre-assembled, you just need an extra 3 small steps. Goes 90 degrees down and up, pretty light as well as it weighs only 9kg so it's easy to carry and put it in the close as you can also fold it in half.

Bought this to “get back into shape.” So far it’s been great for workouts, holding laundry, and reminding me I should probably do more workouts. Surprisingly sturdy. I flopped onto it after one set of bench press like a wounded seal and it didn’t even wobble.
