can you wear a show with this brace on? thank you.

Some shoes. I can wear mine with running shoes because they are cut lower around the ankle bone and hiking boots because you can fit it under them and lace them up for more support, but there are shoes that hit it right at the edge and are not a good fit.

Has anyone used it for rollerskating or ice skating or roller blading? Is it helpful?

Not for sure but it will support you ankle very well. I highly recommend it.
