It cuts as stated, *by A***R on February 25, 2026* Just fired it up for the first time. I cut 1/8" mild steel easily and cleanly. The next project includes 1/4" mild steel fabrication. I need to make more practice cuts to see how it will go thru 1/4". But see no issues. The cutter has a 6-50P (male, three prong plug) as shipped. A pigtail that would adapt that plug to 120v was included. It may be handy for light duty stuff like sheet metal or body work.
