Work great. They do give oof a herbal scent during use and seem to work much better when heat is applied.

Must apply heat for them to work.
I was expecting more! I had used the Wellness knee patches that work immediately but expensive. Like $21.00 for 10! Who can afford that along with Trumps tariffs coming. Still Needed relief of pain, I bought these. They don’t work and they feel like nothing is on my knee. But I applied heat and they feel better. But I shouldn’t have had to apply anything.

They sticks well as long as put them on dry skin. Make sure they are placed secure in the area you’re placing them. Only problem is they will roll up if sticky part get stuck on clothes. Relieves pain quick!!!

Will never buy this brand again!
These are NOT kind to the skin! Skin comes off with the patch and the patch gets very hot. I will never buy this brand again. One star is too much! I would return them but the return window was too short. I bought them mid December for spring gardening time, that time is now. So much for planning ahead. What a waste.

These are a great product. Wasn't sure if they would really work but they definitely did the job for me. Also used them on my neck as well and they worked brilliantly.

The patches have a strong smell and for me is just a green strong sticky tape. My baker’s cyst is behind the knee and it puts too much pressure on it due to the tape being so strong. I cannot use them
