Adjustments should be made to and not beyond your personal comfort levels and done incrementally. 15 minute sessions should suffice and provide compression related relief (depending on your specific condition) over time. It will most definitely lend adequate support and pressure during therapeutic neck flexation exercise regimens. I’ve been prescribed and have used many (non-narcotic) pain relief methods over the years and this particular option offers me the ability to safely adjust the pressure to my specific needs. Having said this, as I continue with incremental increases of pressure I can foresee the need for a greater level of pneumatic expansion as I am of a larger physical stature.
