I was very pleased with the hearing aids. They are very good quality the instructions and the use of hearing aids were very easy to understand and use! Could not see them from the side (invisible unless looking for them). Design was great! Very comfortable- almost forgot they were there- except that I could hear 😄. Very little background noise! Control buttons were easy to use and easy to adjust the settings. Didn’t try the Bluetooth part because I didn’t have a smart TV. M.Berken

I'm new to hearing aids so i don't have much to go by. The pair I bought from Amazon were horrible with constant squealing every time i moved my head, But these I had no such problem. The sound I would say is a little tinny other than that I'm pleased, I would also recommend the over the ear style over the ear bud style..

I am new to the hearing aid world. I was diagnosed at 33 in 2012 with tinnitus and hearing loss at higher frequencies. Now, after 14 years of exposure to firearms, sirens, and repeated fire alarms pertaining to my career, I am having more trouble hearing. It seems like everyone mumbles, and I can’t watch TV without the captions or I keep asking people in the room what is being said. In waiting to see my audiologist, I purchased these aids to see if they would help improve my hearing a little. They weren’t too hard to set up in my opinion, but I can see how someone might need help if they aren’t familiar with QR codes and such. I was alarmed at first use since it sounded like I was in a tube, and every sound was magnified completely. I switched to the closed tipped ear pieces as I needed a bit more sound restriction than the device would allow which helped. I like how easy they are to put on, and use. The volume and programs are easy to set, and I barely notice they are in my ears. I also like that the lights on the device aren’t on while I am wearing them so they can’t be seen through my hair or when my hair is up. Today, I spoke to someone on the phone and felt like the aids helped. I also haven’t said “What?” as much while speaking with friends in person. I will see how it goes as my brain gets used to hearing more. Overall, they are a great price and seem to be working. I will do an update once I have more experience with the product. ****Update- 1/25/24 I got the hearing aids on Dec 14th, and have worn them every day since. It has taken about that long for my brain to reprocess all sounds. Everything was so loud to start, I was nauseous from normal sounds. But now the sound quality has improved greatly, and everything I hear isn’t as magnified. I am so glad I tried them. They have truly been great, and allowed me to hear more which makes communication easier and more enjoyable. Especially with my kiddo.

Features on this item was better for me than several others. I tried, I would give it 10 stars if I could great quality.

I bought these for my mom because I think spending $3000 on hearing aids is just too costly for a senior on a fixed income. Although she hears better they screech anytime she puts her hand near her head or we give her a hug. Tried all of the troubleshooting and even called customer care. They were very nice but basically said she just needs to not put her hand near her ears. My niece even bought her a second pair thinking one was just malfunctioning but that set screeched too. It’s just frustrating and embarrassing to her when she hugs her grandchildren and they get a screeching sound in their ears from her hearing aids. Too bad. There needs to be better options for seniors who need hearing aids.

Extremely hard to use if you have larger fingers. Cant get wet, if it does you need to pull it apart and let it dry out.

Brought from my auntie and had to return them because they kept having a ringing in her ear, which caused her more pain in her ears. They’re not worth the money.

I was skeptical at first that anything this reasonably priced could work, but I was desperate and the reviews were good. Bought these hearing aids for my 91 yr old mother and we are both so thankful. These really work! She can hear and I don’t have to yell to be heard.
