Phone not unlocked as advertised in listing. No response from seller or customer support. Should've read reviews on seller before purchasing this happen to multiple people Update. Contacting the original wireless provider of the SIM lock we found out the device has outstanding device payments that were never paid so the device cannot be unlocked until it's fully paid off.
