I like avocados
Since I like avocados and the way it effects me as a male. I figured I'd give this concentrated version a try.I take it at night just before bedtime. Lets just say the mornings made for a extra potency.Avocados are great for ones health, male or female or intersexed( aka hermaphrodite) in my opinion and being such an ancient fruit, I don't hear anyone in the tropical zones where avocados grow complaining.I figure if you don't like the taste of avocados and want nutritional benefits of it, then this may be the thing for you sometimes.I didn't know avocado existed in this form until I saw it here, and just had to give it a try. I prefer guacamole, salsa, lime and tortilla chips to dip, but I like the benefits of this encapsulated form. It's never going to equal the live fruit, but it can help as a supplement when you think you need it or desire it.

Good quality and worth the cost.
Avocado is really good for you so I feel good about taking this supplement. After taking it for 30 days I noticed that my digestion was better and I felt better all around. I do believe that it helped my joints as well. I think this supplement is good quality and is worth the cost. I didn't notice a taste when I took them or any taste afterwards. Great product.
