Great Hone. Worth It.
Fantastic hone ! I’m an old guy and hadn’t rebuilt an engine in decades, back then we used 3 stone hones, and nothing wrong with them. What I like about this type hone is the covered surface area is much greater, and the stone pressure is going to be more even over a smaller area. I just finished rebuilding a SBC and this hone is worth the money.

Helpful tool for engine work
I found this hone to be quite useful after not rebuilding an engine for a while. Its larger surface area makes it easier to keep the surface even. The pressure stays steady across the stone, which contributes to a smooth finish. I recently used it on a small Chevrolet engine, and it definitely simplified the job.
