Great variety, definitely ordering more
Nice variety of shapes and sizes, that are going to look beautiful in my fish tank. I was really pleasantly surprised by the quality and I'm definitely going to be ordering more in the future. I put the wood pieces into a jug of water for several days to leech out the tannins. At the start, they all floated which was to be expected. Now, after almost a week the majority of them have waterlogged and are sitting at the bottom. There are a few stubborn pieces that still float but that's just the way it goes sometimes. I'll weight them down with rocks or something. As for the tannins, they definitely needed the soak. But it's been 24 hours since the last water change and it's completely clear now. So I'd say to let them soak for at least a week before putting them into a fish tank. Unless you want that black water look, of course.

Beautiful pieces
The one piece is absolutely what I was expecting. Nice large piece. Beautiful grain/color. I love the shape and knottiness. The second piece was a little smaller than expected , but works well in my 20 gallon tank. I am waiting on some more plants to fill in the space. Overall I’m really happy with the pieces. I did boil the pieces first. I didn’t have a big enough pot for the large piece, so I used my roasting pan. I boiled it for 1 hour and flipped it, then another hour. I did this 3 times. The smaller piece was mostly under water each time, I did flip it as well to get the little edges. So it definitely got a good boil. Then I followed the directions on the little card that came with the wood and soaked them in a bucket of cold water, adding sea salt, for one hour. This did very little. I decided to soak it for 1 day or 24 hours. This pulled out more tannins. Then I changed the water and soaked for another 24 hours 2 more times. The smaller piece was ready after 48 hours of cold soak. It did not float. The bigger piece needed more time. After the 72 hours, I put it in place and anchored it with a netted bag of old substrate I was using to cycle the new tank. It took about another week for it to fully saturate and not float. A small amount of tannins were released into the tank water, so made the water a little dark, but not too bad. If I ever need more wood, I will order from them again.

Overall great driftwood
Overall this driftwood was a great buy. The only thing I would say is in the pictures it makes it seem like this driftwood is way bigger but I do think it is way better then some other sellers out there. DEFINITELY boil the driftwood until you don't see much brown this driftwood carried a lot of tannins but you can fix it pretty easy by just boiling it. I definitely don't regret buying this I think for the price and compared to some other sellers it is worth it.

Perfect Natural Look for My Tank!
Wasn't sure what to expect, but wow, these pieces are awesome! Got a nice variety of shapes and sizes, and they look super natural in my tank. No weird smells or anything, just good solid driftwood. I did soak them for a couple days before putting them in, just to make sure they wouldn’t float or mess with my water. No issues at all, they sank right away and my shrimp and fish seem to love them. Adds a really nice, natural vibe to the tank. Only thing I’d say is if you’re looking for really big pieces, these are on the smaller side (which was perfect for my setup). Definitely would buy again if I set up another tank. Solid purchase!

Driftwood
I bought this to help condition the water in my fish tank. I have about 15 guppies in a 30 gallon tank. I had a pleco but unfortunately he died after having it 2 years, I replaced it with 2 albino Cory catfish ( I know I need to get more, I plan on buying 4 more in the future). My tank water levels went up after it died. The ph was up to 8 and nitrite and ammonia went up. Also I have very hard water but use seachum prime for that with every water change. The driftwood brought everything to normal range so that’s why I give it 5 stars. I only boiled each piece for about 30 minutes, then let it soak in clean water for about 3 hours. 2 of the pieces finally sank to the bottom but the largest piece kept floating. I’m currently soaking it now, and plan to put it back in my tank after a few days. The pieces I received were very good quality but not what I was hoping for. I wanted something my fish could hide in but probably after I add the biggest piece I can create a cave like structure with it. I added a photo of my tank. I just added plants to my aquarium about a week before getting driftwood, so that’s what might have helped water quality also. My tank isn’t finished being decorated, that’s why there are empty spots lol. Just wanted to show 2 of the pieces I received. Also my fish love the driftwood!!

Good size and lots of character on each piece
These driftwood pieces were shipped and arrived on time with no disappointment. They are very interesting pieces that have added a natural look and feel to 2 of my aquariums. They are solid and do produce quite a bit of tannins initially into the water, so if you do not want the cloudy look in your tank I recommend soaking them separately for a bit before adding to your main display. Otherwise they provide a natural habitat that can be stand alone, or easily decorated with live or fake plants, increasing functionality in any aquarium. I put the smaller one in my 5 gallon tank and the larger in my 20 gallon. Highly recommend

Decent, but floats and discolored the water after boiling.
So it looks great, but i boiled both pieces as instructed and the tank was cloudy the next day. Tested the water after a couple days and parameters show ok. Just slightly cloudy and discolored. Mainly from the tannins. Id recommend boiling multiple times instead of only 1 hour. I glued the 2 pieces of large mopani driftwood together and added java moss to make a nice centerpiece. KEEP IN MIND, MINE WILL NOT SINK. These will float unless you weigh them down which sucks. I was going to move my lava rock but i can’t. Maybe it will stay after a few weeks but it’s been days and will still float if i move the rock.
