CitriSurf® 77 Plus Stainless Steel Rust Remover and Passivation Cleaner

This worked great for removing rust stains from my Cybertruck. Nothing else I tried made a difference but this worked the first time. I used the recommended scotchbright pad and let it set for 20 minutes. I was going to take a star off because it is expensive (I used half the bottle) but it worked when nothing else did. Bonus is that the whole truck looks practically brand new.

This product works great!

Product works great. However the spray top, it feels tight, it comes off while spraying. I lost half the liquid as it fell to the ground while on a ladder. At $38 it’s quite disappointing.

I live on ocean front property and installed stainless steel marine grade railings. Within 2 weeks the steel started getting rust and discoloration. I tried other products to remove the rust with no success. I tried Citrisurf 77 Plus Stainless Steel Cleaner and Rust Removal. Well, within 15 to 20 minutes, my railings were without rust or stains and returned to the pristine original condition as when installed. I am buying 2 more bottles, Very great product that lives up to expectations.

We've followed the directions precisely, and even experimented with various different processes. No matter what we do, the steel rusts. In many cases, it has rusted just by having this product on it.

Had a brand new yeti cup with a bunch of rust and some kitchen knives, but this just made the rust disappear after 20 minutes

Works like magic on a Cybertruck. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. After a long winter in the North East the truck had lots of surface contamination. After very little effort, the truck now looks new again!

This stuff really works. I had rust on my diamond plate steps and tried buffing it out with Steel wool..no luck. I sprayed this stuff on and left for 20 minutes. Most of the rust just disappeared, the other rust needed a little scrub and boooom! Just like new!

Used it for my Viessman boiler heat exchanger

I bought this because it was the only cleaning chemical approved by Viessmann for their boilers. Minus 1 star for being very expensive for such a small bottle, but those boilers are even more expensive, so I figured to just "bite the bullet" and buy this. Should last for a good while. It causes a high temperature reaction and fumes when sprayed with water, so use a respirator and ventilate when cleaning.
