I ordered this at the same time I ordered my new Bulova watch. I removed 2 links on one side of the watch band and 1 link on the other. The removal was simple, really easy. Everything but the hammer is made of plastic, but it's a solid, very durable plastic. It isn't flimsy at all. Quite solid. All you need to remove watch band links. It came with extra pins for the band and clasp. Overall, the link adjustment was a piece of cake. And the price was under $10. No complaints here. I definitely recommend this tool kit for anyone needing to adjust a watch band.

Got it today. Tried to remove a link on my Citizen, worked as described but the pin didn't completely come out. You still have to use either pliers or the included hammer and pin punch to get the pin out. What I didn't realize was that Citizen used pin and collar set up on their bracelet, and I dropped both collars. Took me much longer (some 10 to 15 minutes) to find those collars before I could continue. One of the 5 included tip replacements was bent already, I straightened it up with my Leatherman. Pretty easy. The hammer and the three pin punches (these punches are of different sizes, the tips for the tool are all one size) are quite useful. Overall good buy.

It worked great and was easy to use. For an Apple watch you may not have to disassemble the clasp but instead press the undo button where the strap attaches to the watch, this saves a step.
