Good clamp
This worked very well to attach my exhaust pipe to muffler - dimensions are accurate. Much better than fumbling around with those u bolt clamps that rust out. Time will tell if this does but for the money it was great

Doesn't fit any pipe I have
Updating and increasing rating as the seller reached out and offered a refund. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I tried to use this in three different areas: a 2.5 ID muffler outlet; a 2.5 OD Walker exhaust pipe, and a 2-⅜ OD Toyota factory exhaust pipe. This clamp didn't fit properly around any of these three pipes. Quality seems fine, but sizing didn't work for my application and I wouldn't recommend buying this.

Easy installation
Good to own. A straightforward easy to install item for the exhaust tip. I believe it will last long enough since it was made from stainless steel.

Another high quality product from Evil Energy!
Another great item from Evil Energy! This company really offers great products. I've used their catch cans, transmission cooler hose, and their stainless band clamps. I couldn't find a stainless 2.25 lap clamp locally. They only offer allumizized steel. This clamp fits perfectly, seals great, and even has their logo etched into it! Great stuff!

Band clamps are 100% superior to every other style
I had a common saddle clamp fail on my exhaust. It eventually allowed the exhaust joint to leak and became loud. So, I went with a lap joint band clamp. It was 10/10. Noise gone, super strong and tight joint now. You will see the exhaust sleeve with one saddle clamp still on it (as it is 100% solid). I will never use saddle clamps again. I don't care about the extra price.

Doesn’t seal on both ends.
This product looked great out of the box. When I installed it I could not get the smaller end to tighten enough resulting in a loud exhaust leak around the clamp.

Great clamp!!!
Where were these when I drove junkers as a younger (and poorer) man? Super strong, fit perfect, and sealed things up really well. Using exhaust sealant is recommended for best results.
