Over half of items missing!

This would get no stars if that were possible as it is not fit for purpose and a blatant rip-off. Product arrived with two fastening bolts (as required) but both bent out of true, no fastening nuts and only one each of nylon wall-plugs, nylon fastening washer and steel nut washer. Useless.
