Just after a 3 days starting to clear easy to fit

Delivered quickly and was exactly as described. I’ve replaced a sponge filter in a big black box that was ineffective with something 1/3 of the size. Fitter it to the existing pump and added a filter bomb to get the thing up and running quickly. 5 days later and my pond is clear and no longer green. Really impressive that it’s cleaned it up this quickly with the in-built UVC lamp and the filtration system. Will back-flush it this week (week 3) and see what comes out but overall this provides great pond filtration in a tiny package.

Ideal for sinking into the earth so it's not so noticeable. Fairly easy to install. To make it easier to do the cleaning I've put on a permanent hose with a tap so this makes it less hassle as then its just turning the controls and opening the tap.

To replace the uv filter I’ve had for my pond for at least 15 years excellent product

Delivered very quickly at 9am on Monday 5th June. Securely packaged and nothing missing. Installed same day and now fully operational. Item was replacement for existing identical item which after about five years continuous running had become faulty. Have found this item to perform well in keeping pond water clear and expect the new filter to do the same. Filter is robust and easy to install. Ongoing maintenance is easy to carry out and instruction leaflet is simple to understand.

Positives :- This filter was a replacement for my old gravity type. The water in the pond is now clearer than ever and the filter is so easy to clean. Negatives:- Only one the connectors had slight leaks, his was fixed by using a small amount of PTFE tape on the threads, it would be a good idea to include this in the packaging.

TLDR - very far from working within ten minutes of unpacking. Leaks! Received the filter and it all looked as deccribed. I've a fair bit of experience of pond plumbing (I've build three ponds, including a self built circulation filtration system successfully) . So far - this filter is very dissappointing. Setup, assembled and installed as instructued. Despite taking care and doing so several times it is leaking badly and is unusable as it is. Leaks from two places - basically where the plastic needs to seal: 1) from the cheap, hard plastic hose connectors. I expected this and will solve it using PTFE tape and possibly some CT1 adhesive 2) copious flow from leak around the gasket that is meant to secure the head to the cylindrical filter casing. I'll take this apart again and see if I can rig up something to make an effective seal. If not then the product is unusable and will have to be returned. I've seen other reviews are more positive. Maybe I got a dud (tho it has no visible manufacturing defects that I can see) - but I'm very dissapointed. I'll update this review if I manage to get it working properly. Six Week Update: despite weekly cleaning using the valve (on a shaded pond in not warm sept/Oct in Ireland) - the filter had virtually stopped. Flow dropped to a small fraction of what it had been. Cleaning brought flow back - for two minutes before it dropped to almost zero again. Opening and cleaning the filter sponges by hand didn't help much, and lead to further leaking around the gasket - which I couldn't get to seal with multiple attempts. This is unusable and Im asking for a full refund. This is not a useable product

Impressed with the filtering and UV effectiveness. but the hose fittings are cheap and leak, they rely on friction fitting and no seals. it self gumms up but start again as soon as you move them

Worked perfectly brand new once started and cleaned my pond within 2 days but 6 months down the line the self cleaning mechanism has stopped working and filters also not working to clean the pond . Contacted the seller to have it repaired or replaced and waiting for their reply

Prima di dare una valutazione completa vorrei chiedere al venditore: e fra un anno, quando la lampada Uvc non funzionerà più, come farò a cambiarla? Tra l altro il filtro non ha neanche un adattatore (presa) di corrente, bensì 3 fili di rame scoperti! Bisogna quindi arrangiarsi e installare i fili in una presa (acquistandola da parte ovviamente). Attendo comunque la risposta del venditore, se mi risponderà.
