Will this result at least in a ring with slices as high as wide and not totally flat? Thank you!** A: No. 5 and 6 cup recipes are hard to find. I have the Lotus bundt for that and recently bought a 2nd one so that I can bake 2 small cakes with a standard 10 to 12 cup recipe. We eat one right away and freeze the second one for future use. I wrap the cake first with a double layer of plastic wrap and then foil. Then I put the whole package in a heavy weight freezer bag marked with date and contents. Works very well. I add the glaze after cake is defrosted. But, the Elegant Party cake pan makes a beatifulncake. It's my favorite bundt pan. **Q: Does this pan has a non stick coating on it? Or a ceramic coating?** A: The Nordic Ware Elegant Party Bundt does have a non stick coating, and it is a silicon based coating.
