Saved $1000 in repairs
After reading several reviews, I decided to give this product a try and purchased two packets for my tankless water heater. My regular maintenance company quoted me nearly $600 just to flush my system. My first floor radiators were not getting warm, while everything on the second floor was working fine. Based on that, I had a feeling something was wrong and that it was time for a system flush. I have two thermostats, and it was clear the issue was isolated to the first floor. This was my first time doing anything like this, but after doing a little research and watching a few YouTube videos, I found the process pretty straightforward and decided to try it myself before calling for service. After reading the instructions and other user reviews, I followed the steps and mixed the product with my tankless flushing kit. I let it circulate for about an hour. I was honestly amazed by how much buildup came out. I had to stop the pump several times to empty the bucket because it kept filling with dark debris and sediment. There was much more buildup than I expected. After completing the flush and thoroughly rinsing the system, my first floor radiators started working again. This is something that could have easily cost me close to $1,000 in repairs and diagnostics. I’m very glad I tried this product first it saved me a lot of money and restored my system.

Works well
I noticed my espresso machine was taking longer to heat up and reheat after pulling a shot. A 15 minute soak with this and it's back to like new again. Just make sure to completely flush with clean water afterwards.

Prompt Delivery
The product was received promptly. Although the amount received (7oz pouch) is more than needed for one pass of my coffeemaker, I don't have to buy a 'refill' for a while!

AMAZING Product
I used two packets of this to clean my tankless water heater. After one hour of flushing the system, I was really surprised to see all the sediment, rust, and minerals that were removed from within the system. Afterwards, flushed the system a with water until the system was like new. Rids your system of all buildup and odors that often are the result of minerals inside your coils. I will definitely use this product again.

Clean you Coffee Maker
If you love coffee you need these. It really doesn't matter if you use a machine or a kettle. A scale remover is a must! This particular scaler is quite strong and one package is enough to tackle several scaling jobs. I used this one in my Dolce Gusto machine, the Keurig (that is hubbies machine) and in the kettle we use to boil water for tea. This comes in a powder form so I used a large bucket to mix the entire pack up, then filled the 3 appliances with the water and followed the directions to clean through each of them. It did a great job and is especially noticeable in the kettle since it is much more visible and probably cleaned a lot less than my coffee machines. I did find that it took quite a few run throughs after the cleaning was done to really eliminate the cleaner, but that could have just been me and my paranoia. Probably my paranoia.

SAVED MY KEURIG
I tried everything short of hydrochloric acid to clean my Keurig. Would work for a few days and plug up again. Was ready to cut my losses. Then I tried the Dezcal. Great stuff. Cleaned my Keurig and it's been good for 3 months so far. Don't even think about buying anything else. Update March 2015 - I have a Honeywell Steam Humidifier. Each spring it needs a cleaning and I like to soak the coil to remove the hardness that is baked on. In the past I used CLR. This time I mixed up some Dezcal and soaked the coil in it for 4 hours. Wow amazing. It cleaned it up like new. Better than CLR ever did. I but a package every time I order for Amazon just so I have it in stock. Next Im going to use it to soak my kitchen and bathroom faucets to remove the scale that is starting to build up.
