Beats paper but donโt use on rocks
Well it cuts just like two knifes screwed together with handles- they call them Scissors.

A fine indoor scissor I suppose.
I bought them to cut those sprouts of onion grass. It can do that but my fingers get blistered after 20-30 snips. I'm certain it's fine for cutting paper and such. A fine indoor scissor I suppose.
