Love this - spent ages trying to find something and this hit the marks. Loads of room and comfy to wear.

Looks modern and attractive. Perfect for lots of air travel. Waterproof and lightweight. Bargain price. At its zipped unexpanded setting, it's very chic for daily use for a few office things and your laptop. Once its expanded, can also carry stuff for an overnight trip. I liked the velevety, furry lining for the laptop compartment. The two front upper and lower zipped pockets are perfect for travel. I put my passport, boarding pass, pen, wallet, phone in the upper one. These are then easily accessible during the numerous checks as I go through airports while being securely put away, keeping my hands free. Too many items in my hands means potentially losing something. The lower pocket has my mask and emergency medicines and travel sized inflight toiletries. The rectangular shape is ideal for placing it under the seat in front. This was a major consideration for me. Slight annoyance....the back straps somehow get pulled shorter, yes shorter (isn't that weird!), as you go about walking, so much so that it becomes a bit of a struggle to get it off. Yup, that's even after adjusting the straps for my size and pulling the straps tight in the clasps. Worse, I have two of these backpacks and its the same problem. Other backpacks I have, end up with the straps lengthening with load and distance walked. However, overall in my travels, its manageable. Minus one star for this.

Minimalists, be ready to jump on this. Even in its unexpanded state, this holds my 15.6 laptop and a power adapter, and then some, without issue. There are extra pockets on the exterior that expand easily. When you expand the entire backpack, you get even more storage. This is extremely well-made and has quality zippers. When collapsed in its smallest form, this will fit very easily in a suitcase or carry on for travel. The color is true to the photo and the backpack is very stylish. It also offers good protection for your computer. This will come with me to many conferences and other business travel. This is an excellent choice.

Strap broke day 2.but the pack was ok before that
