Decent walking pad
This walking pad is sturdy, works well, and is pretty compact. A non-essential part was broken, but customer service got me a replacement pretty quickly. This is for walking, nothing too fast. I think the top speed is 4mph. Came fully assembled. Works for what I need it for. It is a bit loud but not too bad. Comes with lubricant and a tool to adjust the belt. Pretty easy to lift up and move using its wheels. Probably weighs about 50lb. The stability bar is handy but it can be used without it, too.

Worked great
Worked great but I sold it with in 2 weeks. I decided to be pleasantly plump and happy. 🥰 Noone wants to snuggle a stick.. 😇 my hubs likes me thick so... we are both happy I sold it. But definitely recommend

Great value for a basic treadmill
Setup was super easy and the rollers to move it around the house were a pleasant surprise!! Only issue we've had is that you can't use it on carpet or a rug... It's so close to the ground that the treadmill rubs on the carpet. We had a couple of spots to place it in, so no big deal, but if you have carpet, this won't work.

Pleasantly Surprised
The treadmill is compact and easy to setup. As a "walker" and not a "runner," this walking treadmill has met my needs exactly to keep my walking regimen in the winter. The treadmill is certainly movable, but I wouldn't say it's lightweight. Still, it is a good balance between sturdiness and portability. I can pick it up and move it out of the way, but it may be too much for those who are relatively frail. For my height (6'0", I wish that the foldable "handlebar" was a bit higher or adjustable in height, but it is not uncomfortably low. Overall, the unit has been a very pleasant surprise in terms of ease of use and good quality.

everything sounds good on paper...but...
Honestly? I hate this thing. It's bar is too low for anyone over 5'10", you end up stooping which is bad for your walking. The belt is SO THIN, so anyone with a wide stance is not going to be able to comfortably walk on it. The power cord is short. the controls are finicky and while it states it can hold a high weight, I doubt its actually rated for it. Overall, just a poor purchase and maybe think about upping your budget a bit and going for a better quality machine.

Worth it on a light budget treadmill
The machine can handle 265lbs but it feels like it needs cpr lol. It's somewhat loud. I'm not sure how I feel for $340. I will give it a week if not return. The box does have noticeable big hits on it maybe it's damaged on arrival. Update 3/11/25 machine gives a good workout and the noise goes away back to normal treadmill noise once you lubricate it with the lubrication oil provided make sure to use almost all of it and buy more for next time. Thank you will update in a month hopefully. Update: 03-24-2025 I returned the item and received a full refund from the seller after speaking with two different Amazon Supervisors one whom clicked on me and another one that did help me with an A-Z refund guarantee. The seller was great to work with to get my money back and I disposed of the faulty item due to UPS damaged delivery.

Good but not if you walk wide.
I’ve used this treadmill about 3 times. I’m about 350lbs. The limit says 400lbs that’s why I got it. The handles are good for support when you feel yourself getting tired. It’s pretty quiet so that’s a plus. Only issues I’m having is the belt leaning to the side. I’ve read the manual to correct it and it works for a bit and ends up leaning to the left more. Doesn’t affect the walking as much. But the main issue is the narrowness of the belt. My feet keep grazing the sides and if you walk barefoot it hurts. I’ve gotten barefoot shoes with gripes in the bottom and sides to help. As a heavier person I tend to walk a bit wider so it’s taking a lot of adjustment and strength to keep my legs together in the center. Another note to add is that it’s pretty heavy and long. It’s manageable but will take some strength. And be careful with the side handles. They don’t lock in place when closed, so they easily pop up which is a pro and con. When trying to stand it up against my wall I lifted it by the sides grabbing the bar handles and it popped up pretty fast nearly hitting me in the face. If any issues occur with the treadmill I’ll update. For my first treadmill I’d give this a 7 out of 10.

Amazing! Worth the money! Holds a lot of weight no problem
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Works amazing! Never gets stuck which was my biggest concern. 300lb+ and I have plenty of room to walk. The control makes it very easy to change speeds. The handle bar is worth it. I’m 5’7 and I do wish it was a bit taller because I have to lean a bit to hold it so keep that in mind if you’re tall. I wish they would make the bar adjustable then it would be perfect. The tray stays in place and holds my iPhone no problem. The red cord is a lifesaver. I dropped the control once and had to pull the cord and the machine stopped immediately. Dead stop so be aware if you’re going fast to brace yourself. I have never gone higher than 1.3 speed on it if that makes a difference for you.

Decent treadmill while it worked, but died in less than 1 Year and customer support is a joke.
I bought this treadmill about 10 months ago, suddenly earlier this week it shutdown in the middle of use and would not turn back on. Then a few minutes later it started producing a horrendous electrical smoke smell and was extremely hot to the touch. I contacted the seller (WESTSIGHT) for customer support but was told that it was past the 30-day window so they won't do anything. I then contacted the manufacturer (Xplus Outdoor Inc.) thinking surely this product has at least a 1 year warranty, however since it was purchased from Amazon and not them directly they won't honor any warranties. Lastly I contacted Amazon directly for an A-Z guarantee refund/replacement and was told that the product was not eligible for the guarantee. So now I am left with a roughly 1000$ brick that won't work. Save yourself the money and the headache of the terrible support and get a different treadmill.
