Unfortunately this is an industrial water heater. My electrician came round to fit and said the wattage was way too high, so I had to return for a refund unfortunately

This is a 3 phase device, no single phase alternative wiring, not for UK domestic use
This is a German manufactured water heater. In Germany or in uk industrial premises with 3 phase power it's probably fine, but in most UK houses with single phase power it is basically useless and there is no way to connect it (there is no single phase alternative wiring method, no neutral connection). It should be listed as a three phase instantaneous water heater, not as an instantaneous water heater. Check with your electrician before buying.

Très bon produit
Parfait, facile à monter et mettre en service. Réglage de la température directement ajustable avec un bouton en façade, marche très bien avec une source d’eau chaude de température variable.

Het was leuk om dit toestel te kennen en om te bestellen. Doch het toestel werkt niet optimaal terwijl het toestel van bovenbuur wel goed werkt ! Het is in mei besteld geweest maar om allerlei redenen werd onze keuken laat afgewerkt en toestellen geplaatst op 01 en 02-03 september 2022. Eerder kon het toestel niet getest worden. Graag wou ik meer informatie om het toestel te kunnen laten nakijken onder garantie. Inmiddels werd er door Amazon actie genomen en werd het toestel vervangen ! Bedankt voor de goede werking en opvolging van het hele gebeuren. Zaterdag gemeld en zondag actie door Amazon en maandag een ander toestel. Van service gesproken ! Super bedankt voor de goede opvolging en zorgen.

Very good device with tricky setup
Bought from Amazon.de and installed in my kitchen in Belgium. To make it work, a 400V (three-phased electricity) plug next to the kitchen sink is needed. Minus points for Stiebel Eltron company who does not offer customer support for private users, you're on your own to discover how to start the device. Once installed, you have to push the "Reset" button for longer time and with something thin that allows the button to be pushed deep (finger won't do it) - got this from another review on Amazon.de and it was a real help. After 1 month of usage we are very pleased with the result. Warm or very warm water (the 20-60 degree control button really changes the temperature), immediately, with very good debit and as long as you need it (for a kitchen sink), all these for lower power consumption than a typical mini-boiler.
