Brilliant!
These felt a little odd to wear initially, but I soon got used to them. Result - no more sore fingers when using fine knitting needles. As a plus, I found that with care I could re-use them for two or three times. Well worth the money.

Brilliant idea.
Brilliant idea. At last a thimble I can use. Comfortable and practical. Goes just where I need it without cramping my control.

As advertised, do the job fairly well. Due to the natural roundness and curve of finger tips, it's not always possible to get the pad to stick around the edges, which can then cause it to catch on thread when sewing. A little judicious cropping of the pad, helps to eliminate the problem.

Not practicle
Plastic therefore too slick to control the needle

Sort of worked, but needs to be in the exact place
I did find that these worked, but only if you have so much practice that the needle and thread always hit the same parts of your finger. If you are a bit more random, then the edges just get in the way. So probably only really good for those with a lot of experience, or those who need to get finished quick, and cant take a break!

They really work without interfering with sensitivity and dexterity.
I bought this for my daughter who makes minature Hand Rhiad Bears. The Hand Sewing them reduces her finger ends to bloody pulp but NOT ANY MORE!!. She swears by them!

Great idea, but sadly I found them very disappointing
Great idea, but sadly I found them very disappointing. The pads have a slippery surface, so not user friendly to the needle. Its also easy to get the thread caught round the pad. I've since discovered a strip of Elastoplast works fantastically well!

What a fantastic idea
These are genius! As someone who cross stitches I have been known to stab myself with the thread and of a needle (very painful) this little piece of plastic is fantastic. You just stick it on your finger or fingers and away you go, they mean no more plasters and you can put some pressure on the needle when weaving and securing the thread.

Work well to protect fingers. Just a little too large and ridgid to sit well on curved finger tips. Great as a back up, but will return to using leather versions

The finger pads worked very well to protect finger tips. Great adhesive so reusable several times. Very happy with the purchase.
