This is such a cute idea and I have written in it everyday since I got it. It’s a great way to “let it all out” it’s therapeutic and the questions are creative and different than others I’ve seen!

It’s definitely darker than the picture and the edges of the cover are cut in a messy way. The barcode won’t read. Can’t tell if this is the original but it will still be useful for me!

This is a great open ended mindfulness type of prompted questions I was looking for to use in my practice with clients. Thank you so much for the material. Sincerely, The resident I wanted to update my review on 10/5/2025: this book does remind me of some of yungians shadow work. Just more simplified. It still assists with progress in the therapeutic process with my clients. It has truly helped with the clients that have difficulties with beginning to open themselves to the therapeutic alliance I try to build (99% of the time the court is involved). I plan to purchase a few more books to use as gifts for colleagues.
