My daughter has a problem with hydration. We keep these on hand all the time for that purpose. She loves the flavor on this one and says it is not salty tasting like some. It does come in other flavors as well. No artificial sweeteners is a great plus as well.

I have to drink electrolytes daily due to health issues. Before purchasing, I was drinking mainly pedialyte and Liquid IV. I looked on Amazon for more and came across a limited time deal for kinderlyte. Prior, I have seen the brand in store but never purchased. Because of the great deal, I bought 4 cases. I was very surprised by it. It tastes like juice rather than other electrolyte solutions while being just as effective in managing my health symptoms. If you or your child are picky eaters, this might be a better option than pedialyte or other electrolyte solutions. My partner, who is very picky, complains about the taste of pedialyte but really enjoyed kinderlyte (specifically the fruit punch). However, after drinking it consistently, (I drink 2-3L of electrolytes a day) I was having bad acid reflux (have gerd). I also wish that, in addition to the current flavors, there was a unflavored option and/or a less sweet/strongly flavored option. The flavor is too strong for consistent drinking. Overall, I enjoyed the product and have purchased more since. It will not replace pedialyte for daily drinking, mainly due to it aggravating my acid reflux, but I do like to drink a kinderlyte a couple times a week. If an unflavored or less strong flavor becomes available, I’d be more likely to purchase and drink more often.

Cheaper than the other brand and just as effective. I had to water it down a little bit to make it more palatable though.

and feels restorative. I'm 74 and have read that even if I drink a healthy amount of water, I no longer get the full amount of electrolytes. I bought this in case of flu or other virus that might make me weak and depleted. Thankfully I haven't needed to test the product under those conditions! But I may drink it on any day that I feel dehydrated or need a lift. I also feel the price is excellent.
