Review: Great quality and service - I ordered a couple of the two camera packages. I installed the first set at my house, with one in the front yard and the other in the backyard. They worked great for a couple of days, and then the camera in the front got stuck facing straight down. It would pan back and forth but wouldn’t tilt up any longer. I called the AOSU service number, and reported the problem. They quickly determined that they needed to send out a new camera. The new camera arrived within 3 days and I’ve had no problems since then. The picture quality is quite good. The camera movement can be somewhat choppy, but overall is very good. The cameras do a good job of tracking the movement of people that are very close. When the person gets to about 20-25 feet away, the effectiveness decreases. I’ve experienced no problems maintaining a consistent connection. The app is intuitive and easy to use. I have not seen the battery level go below 95%. The other set of cameras was a gift for a relative. Those were installed, and no problems were experienced. I’m very happy, overall, and thinking about adding another camera.
