The delivery of the beds were around 6.20am and were delivered at the wrong address down the street, my husband had to walk down and find them and carry them back up! Not what you want at 7am. We were missing the ladders and asked to double check. They then sent some out with in a few days. The customer service is great and quick responses. The beds are great for the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rock solid but a bit of a challenge to build. *by K***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 September 2021* Initially a huge chunk of the order was missing, after approaching Amazon they were of no help(not the sellers fault) I contacted the seller directly and they were really helpful and polite. Once the full order was together, putting the bed together was a bit of a challenge as nothings marked so you need to lay it all out and figure out where it goes, pretty self explanatory once you’ve got going. it does come with instructions but these need improvements clearly written by someone who does it every day.Get a friend to help you and take your time, you’ll be pleased with the results.
