My wife purchased this moisturizer cream for me when she was buying her various facial products. I'm not one for these sorts of products for men and this is a first for me, but since she bought it I have been using it and will give an honest review. After a long conversation with my wife I was educated about what this stuff does and why she wants me to use it. It moisturizes your skin and the idea is that will help remove wrinkles. Yeah, at 58, I guess I have a few wrinkles. I noticed it smells nice when I opened the jar for the first use. I was told by my resident professional skin care specialist (the wife) to apply this cream on my face after I shower, easy enough. I did apply it with her watching over my shoulder and she told me I used too much. Just a dab will do. Ok, less was used next time. I got some in my eye during the first application, don't do that. It doesn't sting like anti-perspirant but it's still not a nice feeling. So far I have noticed that my skin is not dry since using the product. I use aftershave lotion and that is a temporary relief from shaving irritation but it didn't last long before my skin dried out. This stuff solves that issue. My skin stays soft, and that's weird to say but it does. My skin doesn't dry out and seems less irritated from shaving since I started using this cream. I feel like it makes my eyes feel poofy but the wife claims that's normal and it's part of the process of the ingredients. Poofy eyes have less wrinkles? I don't know if I look any younger since using this product but I do feel better about taking care of myself now and that is what's important to me. I'm not sure what to make out of the wife buying this for me. It's kinda offensive in my view but maybe it's just an innocent suggestion that I should be taking better care of myself. Perhaps I'll gift her some weight loss pills in the same spirit so I'll know how I should react. My takeaways from this product have been softer moisturized skin, less irritation from shaving and reduced redness under my eyes. To me the best benefit has been relief from dry irritated skin from shaving and that makes this product rate at 5 stars. Works much better than aftershave lotion. I'll continue to use this one even if it never makes me look like a teenager again. (But I live in hope)

This cream is lightweight and not greasy. I have used it for several months and the results are good.

I can't see the point of rushing in to write a review on a product like this just because you like how it goes on smoothly the first time or you like how it smells (or don't). Results take time. And I will say for full disclosure that this is not the only product I use on my skin, so I have a potential combination factor thing going on I suppose. I also use a vitamin C serum that also has retinol, which I use in all the same places. That said, I've been using this product twice daily for almost three weeks now and especially for the price I'm pretty impressed. This is a switch from a much more expensive product for me, which I felt worked well but perhaps not as well as the price justified. At first I put this comparatively thin product on and thought "this is just going to be a moisturizer." I felt no retinol tingle. I didn't notice any "fill in" in the lines under my eyes like I did with the more expensive and thicker products. But, I know from many years of this trial and error stuff that you can't expect miracles overnight. Now that I've been using it twice a day for all this time, I am definitely noticing a little renewal in "glow" and a decrease in fine lines. I was a chef for years and was therefor looking down at least 8 hours per day for years, so my neck has a lot of fold-lines that are a focus for me. Nothing like this will ever take that away completely, but the color of the skin on my neck is much more uniform, which helps make them less of a distraction (again, vitamin C serum may be helping more with that), and the finer lines in those folds have improved just as fast as the much less severe lines around my eyes (which I'm more likely to credit to this product because I'm plumping up with moisture there that the C serum does not provide). It's doing a great job on my elbows, much better than the popular-brand-everyday-moisturizer I was using before because the stuff I was using on my face and neck was too expensive to use that way. And while I should probably find it embarrassing to say so, at my age I'm not embarrassed by very much and this is a product for men so men probably want to know ... yes. You can use it downstairs too and it's had exactly the same effect there. I'll never be 18 again, but the turnback of a few years on skin that's probably most damaged by automatically having to act like elastic blown up to multiple times its resting size every day already has me pretty happy. Are there better products out there? Maybe. I tend to think these reviews should be about your satisfaction with the thing you bought for what you paid, not trying to compare a $15 product with a $50 product and then getting all huffy because you wouldn't pay for something else. For me, for $15, this is a five star product. It goes on silky and absorbs quickly. A little goes a long way. It doesn't gunk you up and make you look like you just slathered yourself in sunscreen, or worse, makeup because you've got artificially white circles around your eyes. It's focused on the skin itself rather colored illusion upfront. I'm very pleased with it.

I decided to give this stuff a try because of the price point and the seemingly good reviews from most. After receiving the product, I did use it quite a bit of it on my face for maybe about a month but something told me to try to dig a little deeper into this stuff. The quality wasn't really the issue. It felt like a decent product and wasn't heavy. The origins of the product and the company itself is what caused me to raise an eyebrow. There's no real ingredient list or real company information on the packaging, so I did the next best thing and tried to dig into the seller information. Upon finding the seller profile, I came a cross a random apartment complex in Ohio as the business address, along with a "business name" that doesn't find anything with a Google search. Sure, this doesn't mean that the product is bad or illegitimate...but it does make you wonder. American made may mean that this product was made in an apartment kitchen in Ohio, and if that's okay with you then by all means enjoy the product! The disclaimer at the bottom of the product page is also a little sketchy but I guess that's Amazon's way of not taking any personal responsibility if you have any reactions to any possible mystery ingredients. I eventually threw a nearly full bottle in the garbage because I simply cannot take chances with my face in the name of being cheap. The sellers other products with similar packaging and random product names definitely didn't inspire confidence. Try at your own risk.

This winter weather is terrible for my husband’s skin. This moisturizer is great. No girlie smell, not greasy, he likes it and gets rid of the chapped, blotchy skin on his hands and face. The price was good, I definitely will reorder!

Deep penetrating miracle cream. My skin was very rough from shaving, after using Menvils moisturizing cream, my skin is now smooth to the touch.
