This has been a top-notch blanket for me these past 6 months. Many cozy, warm, and comfortable nights! The control works great; easy to see at night with the bright blue lighting. Can easily change the temperature and time settings during the night as needed. Blanket is soft and fluffy - yet lightweight. Preheat function works great for those extra cold nights! Reasonably priced. Fits the bed nicely; tucks in just right. Cannot yet speak to long term durability as I have owned it for only 6 months...but so far, so good, happy to say!

This is the softest weave on an electric blanket. Love the 10 heat levels and the 10 time levels you can choose from. The color looks so good on the bed. This is the first time I've had one with a "preheat" setting.

Several things I love about this blanket compared to my 10 yr old Sunbeam electric blanket which recently stopped working. Each side has a separate plug in so you know which controller is for each side(unlike guessing with my old one that had only one plug with 2 controllers.) The wires inside the blanket are sewn in place inside the blanket so they are kept in place and distributed throughout the blanket for spread out heating. My old cheap Sunbeam blanket has the cords moving between two pieces of fabric so they move around and bunch up. This blanket has settings for when you want it to auto shut off. I usually turn it on when I’m ready to go to bed and set it to turn off in an hour after I’m getting into bed. I’m usually coming home from work and it’s been below 20 degrees out so I’ve been setting it at 7 which is pretty warm (because I’m usually so cold and need to warm up) but it gets hot so I can turn it down to 4-5. My old blanket was flannel, this new blanket is fleece and very soft. It’s not too heavy and does well in the washer and dryer. The price for this blanket was higher than if I had bought another Sunbeam. I think it’s been worth it because this blanket is higher quality and much nicer.

So I waited a bit before writing a review. It's been I think not quite a year and a half since we've had this thing. I did the whole research thing about heated blankets. I would say half of the reviews just in general about heated blankets (all kinds/brands) complained that heated blankets all fail, typically within 3 years. The first electric blanket I bought, not by this company, did in fact fail after the 3rd year. I just chalked it up as part of owning a heated blanket. The old one from *company I will not mention* also had to send replacement controls within those 3 years before the blanket completely quit. How does this one rate....so far pretty good. It fits our queen bed fine. Some overhang. The controllers are way nicer than my 1st one and they seem pretty sturdy so fingers crossed maybe this one will last longer? It gets pretty toasty. Typically, I use just the lowest setting, and it is plenty with a duvet over it . I set the pre-heat and then turn it off and I'm good for the night. We've had some really cold nights this winter, so it was the first time I actually had the timer on. I don't know, I'm not like a heated blanket expert by any means but I'm guessing all of these things are about the same. I went with one that had easy to use controls that hopefully won't break. Also in the back of mind, have low expectations that it will fail in the next couple of years and end up buying another....maybe? As I said before, so far so good. I'll be back if it does break and edit the post.

I was hesitant to try an off-brand electric blanket but have been totally satisfied with this purchase! The Bedsure electric blanket is very soft and appropriately sized for my queen bed. It hits the perfect mark of being lightweight yet kind of fluffy which allows for the controls to be easily dialed in for the perfect temperature for most anyone. The controllers are easy to use with simple on/off, preheat, temperature, and time buttons surrounding an easy to read display that is a nice blue color--easy to read, but not too bright. The only reason for the 4 rather than 5 star review is that the cords for the controllers is about a foot shorter than would be ideal in my book--only reaching to the headboard but just shy of enough cord to place the controller on the nightstand. I ended up securing my controls to my wood headboard with command strips which works fine for me but may not be suitable for all users. Overall I'm happy and would buy again, but be aware of the slightly short controller wires.

Just finished our first winter season with one of these on a queen and a king size bed. LOVE IT! Heats up quickly and evenly and the settings allow for your personal choice for how hot and how long. The blanket is comfortable and well made. My wife and I usually set the thermostat on the house to around 60 degrees F so having the warm blanket is a great incentive to get to bed early in the Winter months.

A great purchase

I'm very bummed that the heat doesn't work throughout the blanket. I never washed it . It worked the first week but after that, the heat is only on certain parts of the blanket 😔. I'm looking at other brands now. It does feel nice. Just sad about it not working right after the first week of having it.

Surprisingly light, fluffy and comfortable. Works well, with easy to use controls. A far cry from the heavy thick-wired electric blankets of yore. It is almost addictive for winter nights and we can’t do without it now. Hopefully it will last.

Like the way the blanket works with a good range of heat levels. Took off one star because the digital display on one of the controllers does not show a complete digital component.
