THIS IS THE BEST TENS UNIT I HAVE FOUND BY FAR. I TRIED MULTIPLE OTHERS AND THEY DIDN'T HOLD A CHARGE LONG OR WERE DIFFICULT TO MANUVER OR WERE JUST CHEAP QUALITY. I USE THIS UNIT THROUGH OUT THE NIGHT AS NEEDED EVERY NIGHT. I LEAVE THE PADS ON AND JUST SET IT TO RUN FOR THE TIMED PERIOD AND FORGET IT. WORKS GREAT I CAN SET IN WITHOUT LOOKING AT THIS POINT, IT'S SO EASY AND WEL LAID OUT. THE PADS LAST ALONG TIME, AND EVERY MORNING, I MIST THEM WITH WATER AND PUT THE FILM BACK ON THEM AND PUT THEM IN THEIR PLASTICE BAG. DOING THIS MAKES THEM VERY REUSABLE AND STICK GREAT EVERY NITE. BUT THE BEST PART BY FAR IS THAT THIS UNIT NEVER HAS RUN OUT OF A BATTERY CHARGE ALL NITE SINCE I BOUGHT IT MANY MONTHS AGO. THE OTHERS ALL SAY THEY GO FOR HOURS BUT THEN RUN OUT AFTER A FEW USES. THESE HOLD THE CAHRGE ALL NIGHT EVERY NIGHT WITH A HALF HOUR CHRGE DURING THE DAY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT ABOVE ALL FOR THE QUALITY AND THE LONG BATTERY CAPACITY. THE FABRICK ON THE BACK OF THESE PADS ALSO REALLY LASTS AND DOES NOT BREAK DOWN (BALL UP) LIKE MANY OF THE OTHERS I HAVE TRIED. ALL IN ALL, A GREAT CHOICE FOR ME AFTER OVER A YEAR OF SEARCHING.

First device had a problem in power button that eventually failed in week 3. I suppose that happens with anything you buy online. But the TENS was so effective in those first weeks, I returned for an identical unit which is working great +3 months later. Red pads supplied with Neocarbon unit are significantly better quality (more durable) than cheaper replacement pads (white). Plus, I found that the adhesive from the white pads irritated my skin after prolonged use. Red pads did not. Unit recharges quickly as advertised, and might last the represented 50 hours if you use the lower power setting. But running at full blast in EMS mode on both channels it will go closer to 35 hours. Unit is very handy, portable, intuitive to use and has adequate power. Case is a nice addition to hold supplies. TIP: If you are using this a on your lower back or legs, I recommend a back-up set of wires. While the original wires are tough and hanging in, if they are running across your back or down leg, they will take a beating from the accidental yanking and snagging on clothes. I've started using surgical tape to hold the slack in place against my skin. But unit and wires are still getting knocked around. Not sure these things work for everyone, but mine has been a game changer and I go to sleep every night with it set on 60 min. Dare I say these are addictive. When my sciatica is bad, I use it 12 plus hours / day. So addicted, I am looking at the 4 channel model before too long. However, this addiction is far less problematic than using pain meds and nearly as effective with constant use. This is a DEF recommend

Love this!! We are so pleased with this TENS unit. It works perfectly and holds a charge forever. The pads do last thru several uses. The adhesive does lessen with each use, but you just use them until they don’t stick anymore and then use new ones. The settings are really diverse and you can definitely find one addresses your issue. Highly recommend!

Arrived in a nice little carrying case with plenty of extra electro pads. Set up a use was a breeze and the pad placement cart is a big help to. Worked really well for such a small footprint

I absolutely love my Neocarbon tens unit! I have had several models throughout my life, but this one is the ultimate unit. It has been beneficial on my recovery from a spinal cord injury and many sore muscles in the past. The charge has proven to be long lasting. It’s lightweight and fits in your pocket. I really wish they could incorporate a belt hook for days with I don’t wear clothes with a place to secure the device. I truly love this little device and I’m thankful that it’s affordable and extremely useful. Better than any Rx!

This product is amazing! I have already used it four times with both channels A and b going For 60 minutes each round at level 6 intensity and it still has a full charge on it. it has not dropped one bar on the battery life. The variety of settings is wonderful because it covers all bases. I use the TENS unit setting because of my back issues. It definitely gives me relief and I love the compact nature of this product where you can put it in your pocket and still move around with it.

Fantastic little unit that work well with multiple settings. I took a serious 6' fall through a rotten deck at work and had a brain bleed and injured my back and have shooting pains when I walk. Worse of all, I could not lay flat without feeling like I was laying on a rock, or had a bag of rocks that I could not put down when I walk . I am on workers comp and they are slow to approve any treatment. I have been doing Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy while the doctors have been testing shot injections to locate the source of pain. Needless to say, Its Dec 2025 now and this accident was in Sept 2025. My last visit, I ask for something to relieve pain temporarily until i start getting the long lasting medicine shots in my back. He suggested I try a tens unit. I ordered this unit, and I cannot recommend it enough to those suffering with lower back pain. Here are the Pro's and cons. Pro's: Smaller than a I-phone, easy to carry around in your pants pocket. Great Instructions Easy to operate. Be up and running within minutes. Multiple settings for strengths and rhythms. Works fantastically Long Battery life Comes with extra pads Rechargeable Nice case to store it in. Con's: No belt hook to free up pockets Long Wires to stuff into your pocket Cables can come undone from pads if you sleep with pads on I personally wish I would have gone with wireless unit, cable management can be difficult Overall as well as it works, 6 for how well it helps relieve my back pain. These units are well designed, easy to use!

Unbelievable product, helps with my back and knee issues. And the price is perfect. Would recommend this to anyone with back issues

This is an amazing little gadget. Easy to use and great results. I also LOVE the fact that it comes with actual paper book instructions with the option to scan the code. The book is laid out IN PLAIN EASY TO UNDERSTAND, PROPER ENGLISH. It has many programs to choose from. Can’t speak to the longevity of the battery yet but if it lasts a year, I would consider it money well spent.

I don't remember ever leaving a review so quickly after receiving a product from Amazon, however, this machine is by far one of the best things purchased to date. The build quality seems solid, the materials are durable and the device is intuitive to navigate. There are a ton of programs for each of the tgree modes of stimulation: TENS, EMS and RELAX mode. This really soothes the knee pain. I expect this product to last a long time, and I will likely buy another. My only recommendation for improvement would be to have some additional output ports.
