This meter was purchased to replace a much more expensive but older multimeter. Works perfectly, complete instructions included. I'd recommend buying a case to protect the meter, store the meter leads & instruction sheets.

Well built and plenty of insulation. Love the auto light feature. Wish it came with bigger gauge test leads like the 9405.Spend the little extra and get the True RMS.

This is a much nicer tool than I expected for this price. I'm not a professional but I have been using it for over 6 months it satisfies my needs as a casual user.

The product seemed light for its size. opened the package and powered it up. seem to work fine. Approx, a week later the LCD display became blurry. Then a couple days later no display at all. Thinking that it was a low battery issue, i replaced the battery the the unit began to smolder. The product has lots of great features for the price. I figured that ill get at least a years use from it due to its size to weight ratio ( light duty) . I also purchased the Fox & Hound 3399 by Triplett. So far, no problems. I returned the meter to Amazon with no problems. 100% satisfied with Amazon service.
