The build quality and sound are excellent. I've had to install software for the mic to eliminate background sound, but I'm also 3 feet away from an AC window unit. The arm works well, swings and holds where it should. The arm feels a bit cheap, but it's still holding well, so no complaints. Well worth the buy.
