Good product. Effective.

I don't like taking pills, and I don't like having more than one pill box for the week. Often, the glucosamine pills from other companies are smaller in size, but you have to take 3 or 4 a day to get the proper dosage. These fit in my pill box along with the vitamins I take, and I only have to take one of them a day. That's great.

The tablets are so big and cause stomach irritation.

I can’t take chromium which is in most bone supplements. This is really good for me, at age 67 I had a bone scan and had osteopenia in my hips. I began taking various supplements, but this one helped. Last 2 bone scans I have not lost bone but actually gained bone! I will keep taking this! I am now 74, and take it every day.

I take ACE inhibitor so I can't take extra potassium. This is the only product I could find without potassium, has sodium instead. 1500mg in one tab. Works as well as pricey Dona product in my opinion, which is the only other product without potassium.
