TL;DR: Nice sculpt, good paint, sturdy vinyl, and genuinely fun to display. My teen loves it and I appreciate the quality. As a parent who also grew up watching Godzilla movies, I pay attention to the little things when we buy figures. Some collectibles look good online but feel hollow or cheap once you get them in hand. This one did not go that route. The soft vinyl has a solid feel without being heavy, and the grayscale style fits the Minus One look in a clean, striking way. My thirteen year old grabbed it right away and started pointing out the sculpting along the back plates and tail, which is always the giveaway that something hit the mark. For a five inch figure, the detailing is surprisingly sharp. It stands well on its own and looks like something a collector would pick up while still being something a kid can enjoy playing with. I also like how Super7 handled the paint style on this version. It has that classic Japanese vinyl vibe, but it does not feel like a toy made just to be cute. It has personality without crossing into cartoony. The grayscale makes it blend into a shelf setup a lot better than the louder color versions. In our house, that matters because his room has movie cases, posters, and shelves, and this figure fits right in without sticking out like a random toy. It looks intentional, which I always appreciate when adding new pieces. The packaging is worth mentioning too. It is simple but nice enough that a collector would keep it. The window box is clean and the presentation does not feel rushed or cheap. As a parent who buys a lot of figures for birthdays and holidays, packaging that protects the item without being a mess to open is a big plus. This one checks that box easily. Overall, it is a strong mix of quality, fun, and display value, and for the price, it feels like a fair buy. Tip: Save the box if you can. The Super7 Godzilla Minus One is not soft, it has articulated head, arms, legs, and tail, good detail, good quality, and no movement just articulations.

This came in perfect, I got it for my boyfriend who is a huge fan. It’s super cute and looks just like the picture.

My 11year old grandson loves Godzilla and has from a very young age. Grandma aka GramMothra has had to sit and watch every Godzilla movie ever made numerous times. lol However, I loved it! I saw this super, cute Godzilla and it had GabeZilla’s name all over it. It was one of his favorite birthday gifts and he now wants to collect them all. It’s a fairly good size figure and quite static. You could only move his head from left to right. The expression on his face was great. “Grrrr, I’m the mighty Godzilla and I’m going to crush you with my big, fat foot.” One foot is raised and his mouth is open with lots of teeth but his expression is quite endearing in a way. The quality is superb, thick plastic, and fine molding. It is not soft but very hard so no bonking annoying siblings on the head with it! My grandson played with this and carried it around the week he was with me. His older brothers, age 16 and 20 really liked it and “played” with it too. So fun for kids, teens and adults. I feel it’s a great value for the money, I got it on sale, and makes a great gift for Godzilla fans.

Like others say, he is PAINFUL to assemble! I personally had a harder time with the head though! But once you have him together, he looks GREAT! He's very poseable, but the head can pop off if you move it too far! Love the jointed tail also. The detail is beautiful, and well designed. He comes (TOO) well packaged, and is a pain to get out of it! But the box is pretty cool. I was debating keeping him boxed up because of it. All in all I'm pleased.

A little bit larger and more sturdy than a Funko Pop comes this really cool Godzilla figure. It has great detail that can be seen from across the room and is very eye catching. The price is right as well for a fun toy for all ages.

I absolutely love this figure. From the size to the detailing to the durable material it’s made out of that makes me feel comfortable posing it and playing with it, this is a fantastic piece. There really isn’t enough good things I can say about this figure. The detail on this figure is amazing, the eyes and the scales and the shading all look very accurate and realistic. It’s very nice to get such a large figure for such a reasonable price. I also greatly appreciate the plasticy more durable material this figure is made out of, I feel completely confident that I can drop and rough up this figure and not have it completely shatter beyond repair which helps with the articulation which is very well done. I can get a lot of great poses out of this figure and the durability helps a lot with that. It gives me hope that we are witnessing the beginning of the downfall of SH Monsterarts and there small and brittle minimally detailed figures for absurd prices.

Cute product and good size I thought. Love it in and outside of the box, made a great gift.

Super 7's best Godzilla yet! Amazing detail and articulation. Only negative is the lack of accessories, just 1 alternate head?! I only bring that up because the other ones usually come with a bunch of accessories, no biggie though.

My son approved this Godzilla very much!! It's great deatails and strong. It is heavy and definitely for your Godzilla display collection. I highly recommend.
