I have been using a contour pillow for the last 15 years.... when I started using the contour - it helped me out - I actually used the 6" contour! The last time I ordered one; which was approx. 3 months ago, the quality had gone horribly down hill. Unfortunately it took me approx. 6 weeks to realize that it was the reason that I had horrible neck and shoulder pain when I would wake up, with the neck pain continuing through the day. At first I thought I had pulled a muscle in my neck and I became an Ibuprofin junkie! I decided I had to try another pillow. Approx 3 weeks ago I ordered the Red Nomad pillow, after sleeping on it the first night - I did not wake up with neck pain. Although I had problems as the day wore on, but was waking up every morning without pain. I figure that it was the damage done from my old pillow that had to work itself out. After sleeping on the Red Nomad for just over two weeks, I am starting to not hurt later in the day. I just ordered another pillow to be shipped to my brothers house so when I visit I can look forward to a good nights sleep and wake up without neck pain. Also I want to say that I received the pillow only 3 days after I placed my order. Thank you for the great customer service and the pillow that has saved my neck and shoulders.
