So far, this mat has been great. It’s softer than I expected, but still provides good support and grip for workouts. The size is ideal for what i needed with plenty of room to move around, and it stays in place well during use. Overall, solid quality and good value for money, happy with it so far.

I teach a Zumba class and the hall I use decided to varnish the stage with what can only be described as the most slippery substance on earth and I spent two weeks almost dying, having just come back from an injury I was not having fun. Something had to be done. I bought this mat, it doesn't cover the entire area I use but it's good enough and provides excellent non slip support for me. Despite moving around alot with dancing and jumping it hardly moves around on the slippery floor but when I do want to move it, it's easy. The thickness isnt too much, like a regular thinnish yoga mat, not like a thick pilates mat. Suitable for me to dance on. Absolutely class, cannot recommend it enough and I find the store away straps fantastic, I didn't want to roll it too tight as it creates a lip I could trip over and the straps are big enough to have it quite a bit looser. Very happy, and now I won't injure myself.

Love this exercise mat, I use it in my kitchen (which has a tiled floor). It seems to take a lot of impact on my Achilles and knees due the thickness. It’s a great size and doesn’t slip like mats I’ve had in the past.

Love the size, I also think it is a durable mat and works very well for a lot of exercises: cardio, weights and quite good for pilates. It is not as padded as I expected (using on a bare laminate floor) for things like the frogger or boat pose. The knobbly texture is a double-edged sword: provides better grip if you drip sweat on the mat but it isn't really comfortable on bare skin and traps dust. The mat has a mild smell that quickly dissipated within a day or two and it lays perfectly flat each time I unroll it (twice a day). Compared to the other mats readily available in this price range on Amazon I am really content with this purchase.

Maybe it’s me, but it was slightly bigger than expected, that said, I love it. I do my mobility and stretching work on it and it’s really comfortable without being to squidgy. I’m 95kg and it’s comfortable and just takes the edge off my osb flooring. I don’t do heavy weights on it, when the big boys come out I roll it up and put it in the corner. Any depressions I make whilst working out on it fade quickly and overall I’m really happy. I might trim it back and it falls over the edge of my deadlift floor, but it’s better than being too short. Would buy again and would recommend

This mat is perfect for fitness and ballet fitness. I put it on top of my dance bigger mat. There is no smell whatsoever and it is easy to wipe at end of day. The colour is nice so is the size as you don't have your feet coming out of it like in smaller sizes. The only thing I may say that it is a bit slippery for the feet when you do planks should you not wear proper fitness shoes. Good pricing. I take care of it and the material looks as new as I bought it. So very pleased with it. The width is ok but it could be thicker if you have a sensitive back though. It may slip a little bit if you don't have the proper floor covering but for me this is no problem as I use it for warming up/stretches before going to classes.

Have used the mat for a while, it's good quality but not suitable for carpet as advertised. There's enough grip on the mat itself for workouts but it does slide around on my carpet, which is a low loop pile carpet.

Très épais, agréable en chaussures ou pieds nus. Il a un effet "mémoire de forme" qui s'estompe rapidement, même en déplaçant un vélo elliptique par exemple. Une grande taille c'est génial. Un bon compromis musculation/ fitness, confortable pour les mouvements ou poser les haltères. Super.

This was so good I got two! I stacked them. I hope they last a long time. I’m a disabled vet and they are a size that works for me. They appear to be super high quality and of durable material. I also don’t do a lot of reviews- so something’s gotta be good for me to take the time.

Great mat. Large and very thick so it’s very comfortable to exercise on.

Very happy with this mat. We purchased it to do floor work outdoors and wanted something that could be easily rolled up and moved back for storage afterwards. This fit the bill perfectly. Just thick enough to use on concrete pavers, but light and sturdy enough to roll and move quickly. Good size, no strong odor. Would purchase again.
