Edited review. Intake reached out and sent their new items vs the old ones Amazon ordered. Why I changed review from 1 star to 5. Love the company and their product but likely a gamble ordering from Amazon vs directly from Intake breathing Well for one i love intake breathing like. The review was over the old style adhesive strips sent to me that are discontinued due to people with sensitive skin. I loved the shipping time as it was same price as Intakes website but shipped in 1 day vs about 3 weeks I had to wait on Intake to just ship the order with no courtesy delay message until over 10 days later. I love the product but I will not encourage old stock sales at new prices. I have to decent rashes from these. The new style adhesive was more flexible, breathable and safer adhesive. Very disappointed after use. I was hoping maybe this style was newer or worked better but it is farrrr too obvious how inferior the ones shipped to me through Amazon were. Will be ordering from Intake personally That being said if your considering this product Intake breathing is swear by it for sleep and users with perforated or deviated septums

My husband uses these and we just received our third re-order. They stay on, he has no irritation and they must be holding the magnetic nose piece in place because his snoring has significantly decreased. It's not 100% gone, but had gotten so bad I couldn't sleep next to him. I would say it has now decreased by at least 80%. No more weird breathing or high whistling noises keeping me up either.

They are expensive, but work really well. Much better than breathe right strips, and the adhesive doesn't take your skin off. I can wear these day after day without skin irritation. It stays on my nose all night, and I move a lot.

I’ll be honest — I didn’t expect a tiny breathing tab to make this much difference. These work great with the intake magnet strip. They stay put all night, open things up so you can actually breathe, and my snoring has apparently gone from “chainsaw” to “gentle breeze” according to my household. Easy to use, comfortable, and the refill pack lasts a month. If your nose likes to clock out when you go to bed, these are definitely worth trying.

I've been using intake breathing for 2 years. Up until last month It was an absolute five star product. The nose tabs never came loose overnight and the product was like a dream. Unfortunately, last month or so they changed the nose tabs. They are now thinner and flimsier, which would not be a big deal, except for the fact that almost every single night for the last several weeks since they changed, the nose tabs have failed overnight. In about half of the failures one tab will come completely off, but almost every single night at least one of the tabs has lifted partiall, which prevents the nose band from keeping my nose open like it used to. It used to be a product that I told everyone was the absolute best thing for weak knows walls, deviated septums, just if you didn't breathe well at night. Used to be amazing. But now I don't think I'll even buy the product anymore because it's absolutely not effective. I haven't changed anything about the way I apply the nose tabs, and have even started using their new prep pads, which are just alcohol swabs. I don't remember them ever actually having prep pads for the last 2 years, I just recently noticed them. They must have realized that they're new nose tabs are not the same quality adhesive as the old one. I never needed to do anything but wash my nose with soap and water with the old style nose pads. I literally had zero failures over the past 2 years. And now almost every night I have at least a partial failure with lifting, or a total failure where the nose tab actually comes completely off. I contacted customer service several times to let them know that the new tabs are now basically useless to me. Their response was that the new design only changed the appearance of the tab and not the adhesivehe. But I can guarantee that as soon as the nose tabs changed, which was very evident because it went from a white package to a black package, they immediately began to fail, where they had never failed before. If the skin on your nose is even slightly oily, I seriously doubt that this product will work for you. I am a 60-year-old woman who has normal to dry skin. This product literally went from a five-star dream product to a one-star failure overnight with the change.

I love these.I love the intake breathing thing.But the stickers and the strips are so expensive, they're really hard to get, but they work perfectly, I try and making my own tapes and putting the magnets on them halfway through the night.The tape is falling off.I wish they would lower their price on this product

First of all the intake breathing system is SO GOOD. It makes a HUGE difference in the amount of oxygen you get. I mainly got this to wear during sleep to help with better sleep quality, and it has done just that! Through my oura ring and Apple Watch I can see that through the night my oxygen levels are higher with these. But I’ve also started wearing this to the gym to help with lifts and getting more oxygen, and it’s made a big difference there as well! The knock off brand tabs ARE NOWHERE NEAR the quality of these. These stick on throughout the night no problem and are easy to apply. 110% recommend!!!

These refills appear to work the same as the tabs that came with the original kit. No problems. No skin irritation. BEFORE USE, BE SURE TO THOROUGHLY WIPE OFF SKIN OIL FROM NOSE WITH DRY (NO LOTION) KLEENEX OR TOILET PAPER. They last 12 hours for me, and I get ANOTHER 12 hours out of them by sticking them on a DVD case after 12 hours of use, and then re-using. Overall, the magnetic system works well. I was a BreatheRight user for several years but switched immediately to the magnetic system, which is MUCH better.
