I've been having headaches and my pillow was the cause. Changed to this one and now I sleep much more better and not had a headache ever since. Highly recommend this one for someone looking for a flat pillow and especially for the ones who sleep on their stomachs.

I sleep on my front with my arms up by my head on a super firm mattress. I have always struggled to find a pillow that does not give me back or neck problems due to my head being tilted upwards too much while I'm in my preferred sleeping position. I tried sleeping without a pillow but I felt my head needed a little support. To cope, I always ended up flattening a pillow at one side in order to find a comfortable position which isn't the best. My wife had invested in a fancy (expensive) new memory foam pillow (which doesn't suit me at all) so I thought I would try and look for one for myself. This pillow is terrific and has completely fixed all my sleeping comfort problems. It is thin, flat and firm with just enough give, making it perfect for me! My head now gets the right support and I don't have to fiddle about with it at all. Here's to better sleep and no more neck / back ache. Great price too!

It’s a very flat pillow good for someone that’s bedridden.. I would recommend it.
