Best Intra
I have used RAW, and other big name brand intra supplements. This is the one that gives me the best results with energy for second wind and support. Tastes great, works great for my workouts and mma training. Highly recommend

Pre workout taste good/ need mix cup to dissolve well/ felt more focused
This product came in damaged and some of the lid popped open. I was surprised that one serving is 1 large scoops of Pre-workout which is a pretty big scoop. The taste is ok, feel like itโs a little sweet. I had to use a mix cup in order for it not to be clumpy. When I took it I didnโt feel a huge pump or energy, I felt more of a focused feeling. I wish I would be able to get atleast 30 servings or a month of pre workout.

Seems to be a good intra
I enjoy sipping on this during my workouts. It mixes a little weird, but eventually dissolves well. Not really sure if it actually helps or not, but mentally it does for sure, taking a few sips in between sets and getting ready for the next.
