Purchased this because we live in the middle of nowhere and the winters are brutal so I refuse to leave the house & drive all the way to the gym. But also I need to workout otherwise I’ll become a couch goblin. This bench is super supportive and can be stored relatively easily. It doesn’t take up too much space so we just leave ours out, but can be rolled up to stand alongside the wall. We use ours mainly for a flat bench to work arms, but you can use for multiple different workouts. The cushion is comfortable and gives good support to the head/neck area. It’s also a great length as my 6’4” husband can use it comfortably. 10/10 would recommend.

This thing doesn’t move it all when being used. Reminds me of a good bench at the gym.

This is a great bench for the money. It is pretty heavy and seems sturdy. It worked perfect for my home gym.
