This is a wonderful and beautiful product at an amazing price. It is an extremelyheavy brazier and the lid doubles the weight, with food it needs a strong hold. I love it although it is difficult to wash safely but cleans easily.

I literally came here specifically to leave a review on this because I love it so much. Over the years I’ve bought a few knock off Le Creuset cookware and none have worked well. My last one, everything stuck to the bottom of it. Even if I’m rapidly boiling water throw pasta in to cook and keep stirring the pasta manages to stick all over the enamel. I don’t understand. But unfortunately my Le Creuset pots I have are huge being around 9 Quarts. 20 years ago I cooked for a lot of people. These days not so much. I got this looking for something smaller and I loved how big the handles looked. Well wow, nothing sticks to the enamel, everything cooks lovely and evenly, the handles are huge so you don’t have to worry pulling it out of the oven with your mitts. I can cook a meal, I can sear a steak, I can bake mac n cheese or make au gratin. It’s just the perfect size. (I got the 3quart I believe. Either 3 or 3.5) Last night I made beef stroganoff, today I’m made shrimp scampi, tomorrow I will bake a mac n cheese. This is my new go to company. I’m so disappointed in the other knock offs I got because I really thought the problem was is that I wasn’t buying a $400 dollar item.

This braiser is beautiful! It also weighs a ton! I believe I read it comes pre-seasoned, but the first couple of dishes I cooked in it stuck. I think I would have been happy with the smaller size, but the reviews I read lead me to believe that it wouldn't be big enough. I suggest if you are on the fence between sizes, choose the smaller one. It won't be so heavy and will be easier to store. I DO believe it is well-made, good quality ceramic coated cast iron. It is absolutely stunning and goes from stovetop to oven with no problems. It would be fine to clean if it wasn't so large and so heavy. It is a very good value for the price.

This cast iron product arrived quickly and the color is beautiful. Unfortunately it had some damage to the enamel. That happens occasionally, and it’s not a huge deal, however I reached out to the seller (twice) as requested if there was an issue and I got no response. There was a paper in the package with a UK email to reach out to if there were any issues with the product which I much prefer doing instead of writing a negative review. Things happen, no packaging is perfect, and while the damage is certainly not the end of the world it is disappointing that the company did not give me the courtesy of a response. EDIT: I heard back from the company snd they have made it right. The color is vibrant and very heavy/well made.

I wish I would’ve purchased this years ago. It is fantastic. I’ve had it one week and have already made two casseroles in it. It is great!! Oven or stovetop it’s a fabulous pan and cleanup was a breeze.

This is a gorgeous piece of stoneware. It has a wide enough cooking surface which was just what I was looking for, something to leave out on your stove, looking pretty. deep enough to use instead of a frying pan to do a stir fry or sautee, without all your food splattering all over the stove. I use this almost every day and clean it right away and leave it out on my stovetop. Exactly what I needed to replace a wide bottomed non stick fry pan which is ugly to leave out.
