Can you just buy the straw?

I didnt buy this off Amazon, I bought this pack off the munchkin website, but I did find that the replacement straws for the "munchkin weighted 360 straw, 7oz" and the "thinkbaby straw" will fit into the straw holes

Do the lids screw on like the miracle 360 lids?

The Munchkin Sippy and Straw Lids do twist into the cup. The standard collars also twist into the cup but they sit a bit higher than these new Sippy and Straw lids.

these lids fit on any of the 360 cups?

The Munchkin Sippy and Straw Lids work for all toddler Miracle 360 Cups (Not our Adult Miracle 360 Bottle).
