Disclaimer: this is not the kind of Hollywood-style whitening effect that you will achieve with intensive products you can buy from your dentist. But it is still very effective, and seems really gentle. I started noticing about a year ago that my teeth had become stained (probably due to coffee and wine). I’ve tried lots of different over-the-counter products, including other whitening toothpastes, charcoal, whitening strips, etc. My husband got a high-powered kit from his dentist and got dazzling results, but he also said it hurt to use (!), so I never quite got up the courage to try it. Even the over-the-counter whitening strips I find a little painful/ sensitive to use, so I wasn’t too keen to find out what the heavy-duty stuff is like. Enter Splat Extreme whitening toothpaste. OMG. The worst / most obvious of the stains were gone after the very first time I used it. I’ve been using it a couple of weeks now, and I think even some of the stains near the gum line where the enamel had worn away is starting to improve. I wasn’t really expecting much - I bought this after reading lots of positive reviews, but with more of a “can’t hurt to try” attitude than any genuine expectation that I would see a noticeable improvement. Fantastic toothpaste, and it even tastes nice!

This is marvellous, removes stains almost immediately.

I didn't find anything wrong with this product, it's just mot so intensively whitening as advertised and also didn't give my breath such a freshness. Ok but I'll try others on the 4.5 quid budget

Have been using for just over 2 weeks now. Has not made one bit of difference in terms of whitening or brightening. The taste isn’t as bad as expected though.

I had my teeth whitened by the dentist and wanted a product which would keep them white. I had been buying really expensive whitening toothpaste, some gave a strong clinical taste and some were blue, which was messy. I came across Splat and it ticked all the boxes. Can’t beat it for the results and price.

Splat by name and by nature. It goes onto teeth like Splat 🤭. However I liked it and it’s whitening and I love the taste even if it is a bit medicinal.

Ich benutze die SPLAT SPECIAL Extreme White inzwischen täglich – und ganz ehrlich: Ich möchte keine andere Zahnpasta mehr. Die Whitening-Wirkung ist sanft, aber sichtbar. Meine Zähne wirken deutlich heller, ohne dass der Zahnschmelz angegriffen wird oder die Zähne empfindlicher werden. Das war mir besonders wichtig. Die Formel besteht zu über 92 % aus natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen, und das merkt man: kein aggressives Gefühl im Mund, keine Reizungen – einfach ein sauberes, glattes und frisches Zahngefühl nach jeder Anwendung. Auch geschmacklich ist sie angenehm frisch, ohne zu scharf zu sein. Für mich passt sie perfekt in die tägliche Routine und liefert genau das, was sie verspricht. Mein Fazit: Eine erstklassige Whitening-Zahnpasta, die hält, was sie verspricht. Saubere, glatte Zähne, ein strahlenderes Lächeln und das alles auf natürlicher Basis. Ich bleibe definitiv bei SPLAT – für mich die beste Zahnpasta!

I highly recommend this toothpaste - truly whitens the teeth. Great taste and texture, no burning or tingling on the gums.
