Used to extend the infeeds on a built-in shower
I used this to extend the in-feeds on a Triton built into the wall shower mixer. My original shower had 170mm hole centres for the pipework, but the new ones (down to wrong information from Triton) were only 150mm. I used this to bridge the 10mm gap either side and to the outlet, for which it worked fine. If doing so yourself you may need some 30 x 20 x 3mm flat rubber washers too to get a proper seal. I have dropped 1 star as the fitting had a number of burrs/loose shards of brass that I had to remove prior to fitting - dont want those clogging up the new mixer valve !
