The reviews helped me a lot which is why I decided to write one. The flavor is great but it is a little too sweet for my taste so I would recommend doing 20-24oz of water and make sure you blend well. I use my frother wand to blend and add a lot of ice to my drink to be extra refreshing. I did notice on my first day using I was more energetic and felt hydrated mid way the drink and lasted a good few hours. Currently only drink one per day.

Very refreshing flavor! Doesn’t taste artificial and tastes even better over ice. Mixes easy in water and never leaves any grit to collect at the bottom of your cup. Pre-Labor it was such a relief to find something that’s caffeine free and able to provide me key nutrients. Travel size made this an easy thing to pack for my hospital trip to the birthplace. Post-Labor this helped me get back to baseline and I will swear by its effectiveness with lactation. My milk production was so much better when I was drinking this verses an alternative powder… I do wish there were a few more sticks for the price.

The taste is good. After using it for a week I noticed I felt more hydrated and had an extra 2 ounces eat pump so possibly helped my milk supply.

These taste SO good. I look forward to drinking them every day. I can’t be 100% sure that they’ve helped boost my supply but it has gone up since I started using them! Pro tip: mix them with a Cannon Ball drink from Starbucks or Publix blackberry lemonade.

Omg this is so good, I'm a first time mom and have no idea what's going on with my body but I got this and started drinking it I feel so much better in feel like I have my energy back and I feel like my body is all fuel up with everything it needs, I'm not a big fan of mixed berries but I tell you what if I feel this great I don't mind drinking it, maybe come up with different flavors and keep them at a good cheep price and I tell you everyone is gonna by them because I sure will, thank you so much for making this for moms that are pregnant

I got these cause I've seen them all over my fyp to help boost milk supply. Been drinking for a week already and haven't noticed a difference. They taste decent, they are strong for me personally. One packet for me is enough for 2 bottles of water in my big cup.

I didn’t like the taste — I drank it by force. It dissolves easily, but you need a spoon in addition to shaking, because a little bit stays stuck at the bottom of the cup. It’s very sweet, and it tastes like medicine — you drink it with a little disgust)
