I've used this whitener 15 or so times over the past several months and my teeth are noticeably whiter. It is easy to use and effective. I just plug the charging cord into my phone and read a book for half an hour while Novashine does the work. There are a couple issues I see repeated in reviews, so here's my take on them. The gel clumps at the tip of the syringe, so too much comes out all at once. Initially, I had this problem too. To fix it, pull the syringe up to loosen the gel before pushing it down to dispense the gel. The gel gets stuck in one place because it's been sitting for a long time. This helps get it unstuck and dispensing smoothly. Second, even after doing this, the gel still does not go as far as advertised. I believe each syringe is supposed to be good for about 10 uses, whereas I'm probably getting about 8 uses per syringe. This means that I'm refilling them more often than I want to. I have no fixes for this issue. To get a good distribution of gel on the mouth guard, it takes a little more gel than advertised. The truth is, this product actually works well, and other teeth whiteners I've used don't, so if I have to refill the gel a little more often, then so be it. Overall, this is a really good product. The fact that the gel isn't perfect in every way is outweighed by the fact that the kit actually works.
