When it comes to camera equipment, I always look for durability and innovation, which is why I was initially drawn to the GODOX MF-DB Flexible Flash Bracket. With its solid frame and clever design, this bracket seemed like a promising addition to my photography gear. True to its description, the bracket's aluminum alloy construction is both sturdy and surprisingly lightweight. Handling it is a breeze, and installation is quick thanks to its user-friendly design. I appreciated how easy it was to maneuver, especially during fast-paced shoots. However, my experience with this product was not without its frustrations. Firstly, I discovered that the bracket is only compatible with the Godox MF-12 flash in its default configuration. This limitation caught me off guard, as it wasn't clearly stated in the product description. To use other flashes, I had to modify the bracket's arms to accommodate a universal cold shoe adapter, which was an unexpected inconvenience. Another notable flaw is the design oversight regarding the camera attachment screw piece. It lacks compatibility with tripod plates or other screw holes, preventing me from mounting the setup on a tripod. This limitation restricts its versatility and forces users to rely solely on handheld shooting, which may not be ideal for all situations. Be aware that this product is for the Godox MF-12 flash and not for other lights without modification and for you to use a tripod you need a screw with threads at the bottom and that is not safe. What a shame, good idea, bad design!

It only works with the Godox MF-12 flash. This little piece of information is not in the description. Also, there should be a way to attach a handle to hold the camera and flashes. The easiest way to do this is to supply a screw with threads at the bottom, this one does not have it. I am keeping but have already removed the flash heads for the MF-12 and attached generic flash shoes. I also replaced the screw. For the price that I paid, I should not have to do this work & use extra parts.

Godox is a great flash brand, and I already owned the compatible flashes (MF-12) - do I use it for dental photography? Absolutely not, and it seems like a weird niche way to advertise a dual flash bracket, but here we are. Wish it was more broadly compatible, but Godox makes solid gear, so if you're a fan of the brand and have the requisite flashes, this is a no brainer.

Build quality is excellent. However the arm under the grip makes it uncomfortable to hold

Genuine Product, but only works for Godox. Seller is very professional and takes care of customers. As its an imported product the shipping is late, but the seller works at full capacity to get the product quickly and is honest if the product about to reach late. Overall good experience.

I'd been looking for a bracket system like this one for a while now. I'm a dentist, doing a lot of dental photography. I'd been working with the Godox MF12 Flash system paired with the Godox XT2 receiver. The only other bracket system of this design is produced in Turkey by a company called 'Owl Bracket' that costs $375 USD ($575 CAD including shipping) which is a little expensive. I found that Godox makes a similar design for $80 CAD, so decided to pull the trigger on it. The bracket works as it's supposed to. With everything mounted on, the whole system becomes a little clunky, but i guess that's to be expected. The bracket doesn't weigh much, build quality is pretty good, but definitely gets in the way of hand positioning which is also to be expected from a bracket of this design. The hinges are a little tight, but i reckon they'll get smoother with use and a little oiling. The range of motion on the hinges rival the Owl Bracket Large design. The thumb screw on the bottom is satisfactory, but have to be torqued in very well. Overall for the price compared to the competition, this bracket does what it's supposed to! Happy to have saved some money. I'll come back to this review after a few weeks of regular use. But for now, I'd definitely recommend this for Dental Photography.

Buen sistema soporte para mf12. Brazos que se pueden ajustar de manera individual lo cual ayuda para orientar el flash a diferentes zonas.

Le produit est génial rien à dire, c’est fonctionnel et très utile pour mes besoins. En revanche, envoyer cela dans sa boîte Godox sans scellé ni enveloppe c’est vraiment moyen. N’importe qui peut ouvrir votre colis y jeter un œil et refermer sans que cela ne se voit. Même pas de film protecteur… rien. Heureusement que l’objet est en parfait état. Très surpris et déçu du mode d’expédition. D’ailleurs la boîte à fini à la poubelle, pas possible de la garder avec toutes les étiquettes d’expédition collés dessus… Pas Pro du tout.
