BUT 5 STARS for great customer service on Return. *by E***T on Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2018* This review of 3 Stars is only for the product ordered, not the company. I bought this for a new MF-279 ATT Internet 4G LTE Modem. I had a 2 bar signal and wanted to increase connectivity and signal to 3 bars + with an external antenna and had high hopes for this antenna to do just that: it did not. Connected to my device, and repeatedly testing it diminished my signal strength, and down/upload speeds; especially the upload speed. Often my modem would lose so much 4G signal with external, it would revert to 4G mode off the much faster 4G LTE mode. I don't know why it didn't work with this unit, but it didn't help. THAT said, this company was great in understanding that fact, and granted my return and refund with no fuss or problem.
